Delete Your Account Within the App

If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly within the Anchor Recovery app.

Go to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Information Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove your personal information from our active systems where reasonably practicable, including:

• Daily recovery check-ins

• Recovery journal entries

• Mood tracking history

• Recovery assessments

• Recovery plans

• AI conversation history (where stored)

• Voice reflections (if applicable)

• Account preferences

What Information May Be Retained?

In some situations, we may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Fraud prevention

• Security investigations

• Legal compliance

• Financial or accounting records

• Enforcement of our Terms of Use

Any retained information will only be kept for the minimum period required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
